ポマールの西にあるナントゥ―の南向きの畑で造られた、樹齢40～45年のシャルドネのみを使用し造られたブラン・ド・ブランのクレマン・ド・ブルゴーニュ。出来上がったワインを6カ月寝かせたのちに24カ月の瓶内熟成。

活き活きとした黄金色に、柔らかく繊細な泡立ち。柔らかい柑橘系に白い花々のフローラルな香り。ピュアな黄色い果実味に、柔らかいシルキーな泡立ちが合わさり、フレッシュな印象を与えています。食前酒としてだけでなく、サラダから魚介のクリーム煮、パン・オ・レザンや甘みの控えめなデザートとも合わせて楽しんで頂けます。
